Location: Hybrid / Field Based - with travel to London, Hemel Hempstead, and customers.

Job Length: 12 Month FTC - Full Time

We are recruiting for a Senior Brand Manager - Poretti, reporting to the Director of Marketing - Premium Brands. This role offers the chance to be part of our growth journey, with responsibilities including:

• Leading a talented team to creatively and commercially develop Poretti, managing a multi-million-pound budget.
• Developing and implementing strategic plans for sustained growth.
• Driving ambitions through our award agency network and internal stakeholders.
• Supporting the Director of Marketing to foster a high-performance culture.

Experience and Key Attributes:

• Experience in FMCG, preferably in soft drinks or alcohol.
• People management experience is preferred.
• Proven ability to translate brand/business strategies into execution.
• Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced, commercial environment.
• Creative flair, growth drive, and willingness to challenge the status quo.
• Strong communication, influencing, and presentation skills.
• Ability to lead complex initiatives proactively and organized.

The role is flexible regarding location, with the Head Office in Hemel Hempstead, and will require some travel for customer meetings and brand events.
