12-month+ contract, Marlow, 24 hours over 4 days, Flexible hours to support school runs, Office-based role with a leading global organisation. Excellent opportunity for an experienced Administrator to support senior managers, coordinate meetings, travel and onboarding activities.
Senior Administrative Assistant Salary: £30,750 - £40k Marlow, Buckinghamshire 13-Month Contract 24 Hours per Week (6 Hours per Day, Monday to Thursday) Office-Based with Flexible Working Hours
Key Responsibilities- Managing complex calendars and scheduling meetings
- Organising travel arrangements and processing expenses
- Coordinating meetings, visits and event logistics
- Producing and formatting presentations, spreadsheets and documents
- Maintaining departmental records, distribution lists and online filing systems
- Supporting onboarding and offboarding activities for employees and contractors
- Assisting with interview coordination and recruitment logistics
- Ordering office supplies and equipment
- Providing administrative support across multiple projects
- Acting as a knowledgeable point of contact for internal processes and procedures
- Collaborating with colleagues to ensure seamless administrative support
- Minimum 3 years' administrative experience
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organisational and time management abilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision
- Professional, discreet and highly dependable approach
- Experience supporting senior leaders or R&D teams would be advantageous
- A-level, associate degree or bachelor's Degree desirable
