Senior Accountant, Amsterdam (hybrid working)

€65-70k including holiday + bonus + benefits

EMEA Recruitment is pleased to be working with our client, a global real estate company, in its search for a Senior Accountant.

The Senior Accountant will work in an international and dynamic environment, offering future opportunities to progress.

In return, the Senior Accountant will receive an attractive salary with a bonus and benefits package. Hybrid working arrangements are also available.

Responsibilities of the Senior Accountant:

• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements
• Perform financial controls on financial statements
• Support VAT process and liquidity forecasts
• Assist in the audit process
• Take part in ad hoc, group projects

Candidate Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's in Accounting/Finance or similar
• Fluent in English and a good level of Dutch
• 3-5 years of relevant experience
• Knowledge of Dutch GAAP, IFRS and Accounting principles
• Experience using Yardi is a bonus
