Senior Accountant, Amsterdam (hybrid working)
€65-70k including holiday + bonus + benefits
EMEA Recruitment is pleased to be working with our client, a global real estate company, in its search for a Senior Accountant.
The Senior Accountant will work in an international and dynamic environment, offering future opportunities to progress.
In return, the Senior Accountant will receive an attractive salary with a bonus and benefits package. Hybrid working arrangements are also available.
Responsibilities of the Senior Accountant:
- Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements
- Perform financial controls on financial statements
- Support VAT process and liquidity forecasts
- Assist in the audit process
- Take part in ad hoc, group projects
Candidate Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's in Accounting/Finance or similar
- Fluent in English and a good level of Dutch
- 3-5 years of relevant experience
- Knowledge of Dutch GAAP, IFRS and Accounting principles
- Experience using Yardi is a bonus
