Senior Account Manager Independent Branding Studio

This award-winning independent branding agency is looking to onboard a Senior Account Manager into the team. Working on a variety of clients across the property, healthcare and tech sectors, you'll not only lead with client management but equally oversee the delivery of creative work. This role offers the opportunity to take ownership over accounts, learn from a team of best in class designers and strategists and be part of an inclusive, supportive culture.

• As Senior Account Manager, you'll support your Client Director on complex accounts, whilst also taking ownership over a portfolio of your own clients. You'll have the support of a Client Manager, to assist with the delivery of work, so that you can focus heavily on the management, nurturing and growth of your clients
• You'll be comfortable working with senior clients, able to build rapport and instil trust from the get-go
• You'll be proactive, able to creatively problem solve and deliver against set KPI's
• This SAM will support on new business pitches and the growth of current client accounts; you'll show commercial intuition and be able to identify opportunities for strategic growth, whilst not dropping the ball on current project deliverables

This role is perfectly suited for a confident Senior Account Manager who comes from a similar boutique/ independent studio. You'll thrive when given ownership and responsibility and he happy diving in wherever you're needed. Prior experience working across property, tech or healthcare is a huge bonus!

This studio offers hybrid working 3 days in office, 2 from home alongside a variety of competitive bonuses.
