SEND Intervention Specialist (HLTA) - 1:1 & Small Groups

An educational staffing agency is seeking a full-time HLTA to support pupils with additional needs in a Gateshead primary school. This role involves leading small group and 1:1 interventions, delivering structured learning sessions, and adapting teaching approaches. Candidates should have an HLTA qualification or equivalent experience and a strong understanding of Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND). Work hours are Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 3:30 pm, with potential for a permanent position.
