HLTA - Full-Time - SEND & Intervention Specialist

Are you passionate about supporting pupils with additional needs and leading targeted interventions?

Protocol Education is recruiting a full-time HLTA to support SEND pupils and deliver interventions across a Gateshead primary school.

You'll work closely with the SENDCo and teaching staff to deliver tailored support and interventions.

• Leading small group and 1:1 interventions for SEND pupils
• Delivering structured learning sessions
• Supporting pupils with additional needs in the classroom
• Adapting resources and strategies to meet individual needs
• Monitoring and reporting on progress

• HLTA qualification or equivalent experience
• Strong understanding of SEND
• Ability to adapt teaching approaches
• Patient, calm, and supportive approach

• You'll see direct impact on pupil progress
• You'll develop specialist SEND experience
• You'll work within a strong support team

• Monday to Friday
• 8:30am - 3:30pm

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
