SEN Teaching Assistant - Full Time

Location: B60

Pay: £90 - £105 per day (Based on experience)

Contract: Full time Monday-Friday until end of academic year.

Smile Education is working with a secondary school in Bromsgrove to recruit an SEN Teaching Assistant. You will play a key role in supporting students with additional needs, helping them stay engaged and make progress.

The Role

• Support students within classroom settings
• Provide 1:1 and small group assistance
• Encourage engagement and participation
• Assist with behavioural support
• Work alongside teachers and SEN staff

Requirements

• Previous SEN experience desirable
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Calm and adaptable approach
• DBS required
• Two references required
