Job Description
SEN Teaching Assistant - Full Time 
Location: B60
Pay: £90 - £105 per day (Based on experience)
Contract: Full time Monday-Friday until end of academic year.
Smile Education is working with a secondary school in Bromsgrove to recruit an SEN Teaching Assistant. You will play a key role in supporting students with additional needs, helping them stay engaged and make progress.
The Role- Support students within classroom settings
- Provide 1:1 and small group assistance
- Encourage engagement and participation
- Assist with behavioural support
- Work alongside teachers and SEN staff
- Inclusive and supportive environment
- Strong pastoral care system
- Good facilities and resources
- Accessible by public transport
- Previous SEN experience desirable
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Calm and adaptable approach
- DBS required
- Two references required
