Contract: Full Time Temp to Perm

Help children shine every day in a supportive, specialist school environment.

The Role

You'll support pupils with a range of additional needs, helping them feel safe, confident and engaged in learning.

You will:

• Provide 1:1 and small group support
• Assist pupils with Autism, sensory needs & complex communication needs
• Support emotional regulation, social skills & independence
• Help with physical needs, mobility support and personal care
• Contribute to a positive, nurturing learning environment

About You

• Experience in education, care, youth work or support roles
• Understanding of Autism, sensory needs or learning disabilities
• Patience, empathy and strong communication skills
• A calm, encouraging approach to behaviour and learning
• An Enhanced Child & Adult DBS (or willingness to apply)
