Do you have a deep commitment to supporting students with behavioural challenges? GSL Education is recruiting a Behaviour Teaching Assistant for a specialist secondary school in Birmingham (B12).
About the RoleYou will support Key Stage 3 and 4 students with behavioural needs, implementing behaviour plans and promoting positive engagement in learning.
Responsibilities1:1 and small group support
Work closely with pastoral teams
Monitor behaviour and provide feedback
Promote social and emotional development
RequirementsCACHE/NVQ Level 2 or 3 (desirable)
