GSL Education are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Key Stage 1/2 (KS1/KS2) Primary Teacher for a fantastic temporary to permanent role in a supportive Winchester primary school. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced teacher or ECT looking to secure a long-term position in a welcoming and well-established school environment.

The Role

As a KS1/KS2 Primary Teacher, you will:

• Deliver engaging and creative lessons across KS1 and/or KS2 within the national curriculum
• Support pupil progress in core subjects, including English and Maths
• Create a positive, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment
• Monitor, assess, and track pupil progress effectively
• Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and leadership

What We're Looking For

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) - essential
• KS1 and/or KS2 teaching experience (ECTs welcome to apply)
• Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
• Passion for primary education and raising attainment
• Confident, adaptable, and committed to high standards

Experience Level

• ECTs (Early Career Teachers) - welcome and fully supported
• Experienced Teachers - strong classroom practice with potential for additional responsibility across KS1/KS2
