We are looking for ambitious Personal Trainers who want to build and grow their own business inside a busy, established Snap Fitness club.

This is not a salaried role - this is a business opportunity for driven trainers who want to earn well and work for themselves.

The Opportunity

• Self-employed rental PT position
• Rent £300 per month
• First month FREE, then increased gradually to full rent
• Opportunity to earn rent back through gym floor hours and fitness classes
• Keep 100% of your PT income
• Capped number of PTs in the club

This role is ideal for both experienced trainers looking to grow their client base, and newly qualified trainers who want the right environment to start their business.

What You'll Be Doing

• Building and managing your own PT client base
• Delivering high-quality personal training sessions
• Supporting members with programmes, motivation, and guidance
• Actively promoting your services inside and outside the club
• Contributing to a positive and professional gym environment

What We're Looking For

• Level 3 Personal Training qualification (essential)
• Self-motivated and business-minded
• Confident working with members
• Strong communication skills
• Reliable, professional, and driven to succeed
