Overview

Secondary Teaching Opportunities starting September 2026 across South East Wales. We are recruiting secondary teachers in Maths, English, Science, Humanities and more, as well as teaching assistants and cover supervisors. Recruitment is for supply, long term, temp to perm, and permanent roles.

Target Candidates

• Early Career Teachers (ECT/NQT)
• Fully Qualified Teachers (QTS/FQT)
• Teaching Assistants or Cover Supervisors

Key Responsibilities

• Teach KS3 and KS4 (KS5 where applicable)
• Deliver high quality subject specific lessons
• Manage behaviour and support pupil achievement

Locations

Cardiff, Newport, Caerphilly, Rhondda Cynon Taf, Vale of Glamorgan and surrounding areas.

Requirements

• QTS for teaching roles (or relevant experience for support roles)
• EWC registration or willingness to obtain EWC registration
• Strong communication and classroom skills
• Passion for working in education
• Experience with children or young people - school, volunteering, coaching or mentoring
