Location: NewburyContract: Full-time, PermanentSalary: £30,024 - £32,061 per annum (pro rata approx. £25,892 - £27,649)

You will supervise whole classes during teacher absence, ensuring students remain engaged with pre-set learning while maintaining a positive and productive classroom environment. tes

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise lessons using pre-prepared materials
• Manage student behaviour and maintain a focused learning environment
• Ensure completion of work set and monitor student progress
• Support marking of work where required
• Assist with administrative and operational tasks across the school
• Communicate effectively with students, staff, and parents/carers
• Contribute to wider school life, including duties such as reception or lunchtime supervision
