Seasonal Kitchen Porter - Loch Lomond Hotel (Live-In)

Blue Arrow has an exciting opportunity for experienced Kitchen Porter to join our client for the season (May- October). The venue is a busy Hotel in the beautiful Scottish Countryside (Loch Lomond area).

This is a Seasonal job starting in May until October 2026.

Please note this is full time hours so all candidates must be available to work full time hours and relocate and live in a beautiful remote area for the season.

• Wash and clean all dishes, pots, pans, utensils, and kitchen equipment promptly and efficiently.
• Ensure all crockery and equipment are hygienically cleaned and stored correctly.
• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen areas, including floors, surfaces, and waste disposal areas.
• Assist chefs and kitchen staff with basic tasks when required.
• Ensure all health and safety and hygiene standards are strictly followed.
• Help manage waste and recycling in line with company procedures.
• Adhere strictly to rules regarding health and safety and be aware of any company-related practices.

• Experience working as Kitchen porter in a busy restaurant or bar.
• Current Food Hygiene Level 1 or above.
• Be available to relocate and live at the hotel (or drive to the venue daily).
