Member Experience Specialist

We're hiring in York and looking for someone who can make every member feel welcome, supported, and seen.

The Role

You'll help run front-of-house and member experience at our York studio. From the first welcome to the last goodbye, you'll keep standards high and the studio experience consistent.

What We're Looking For

• Strong communication and people skills
• Organised, reliable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced studio environment
• Confident handling enquiries, bookings, and day-to-day member support
• A genuine interest in health, fitness, and creating great customer experiences
• Availability to work flexible shifts, including some evenings and weekends
