Seasonal Guest Services Specialist - Seaside Resort

Hours:Seasonal contract - Variable hours

Remuneration: £12.71 per hour- Paid weekly!

What we need in a nutshell:

We want you to make our guests feel personally welcomed, cared for, and inspired to have their best holiday ever, from the moment they check in to the moment they leave. You will deputise in the absence of the Guest Services Manager and help with the smooth running of the department.

What we need in a nutshell

As Guest Services Assistant, we wantyou to makeour guestsfeel welcomed, cared for,and inspired to havetheir bestholidayever,from check-in to the moment theyleave.Your role, always with a friendly smile, will include:

• Meeting and greeting guests and checking them in and out
• Making bookings for activities and dealing with enquires
• Resolving complaints in a way that makes guests properly looked after

One more thing holidays happen at holiday times, so you will need to work your magic onweekends andbank holidays too.
