About The Role

Days and hours: Monday - Thursday 14:30 - 17:45 & Friday 14:30 - 15:30

Hourly Rate: £12.85

Location: Bacup, OL13 0TG

Although the role is for less than 52 weeks per year, your pay will be spread out evenly so you receive a payment every month.

What You'll Be Doing

• Dedicate your time on site to going the extra mile and seamlessly meeting the needs of Atlas' clients.
• Get inducted at the start of the contract; train within first week to deliver the cleaning specification and use equipment.
• Provide a high standard of customer care through your focus across different shift hours.
• Handle site-based equipment and cleaning materials (you will receive full training).
• Replenish consumables such as paper towels, soap, toilet paper and bin liners.
• Empty all litter bins into appropriate waste & recycling containers.
• Ensure cleaning is completed to the highest standards at all times.
• Maintain Health and Safety standards at all times; Atlas will ensure you are fully prepared.
• Work within a team that goes the extra mile.

About You

• An attitude to thrive; cleaning experience is preferred but can be fully trained if you match our positive approach. Passion for the role would be amazing.
• Ability to carry out physical aspects of the role.
• A basic level of spoken English for safety communication and confidence interacting with the public and management.
• Good social skills to deliver service with a smile.
• Right to work in the UK; bring evidence to interview (applies to UK and Non UK Nationals).
• Enhanced DBS check required.
• Two satisfactory references required as part of recruitment process.
