School-Based CYP Wellbeing Practitioner (18h)

North Kent Mind seeks a Children & Young People's Practitioner based in Medway on a fixed-term maternity cover contract until 31 July 2027. The role is 18 hours per week across local schools, delivering early intervention and therapeutic support.

You will work with children and young people aged 5 to 18, delivering one-to-one and group interventions to promote emotional wellbeing and resilience. Travel across Medway, Dartford and Gravesham is required.
