You'll be joining a developing team that experienced success in 2021 and 2022, with significant growth in 2022/23, and is now part of one of the world's most recognized brands. You will collaborate with talented colleagues across an international business to contribute to the success of our Licensing division, enhance our products' value to customers, and improve team efficiency and impact.
What You'll Do- Meet financial targets and key performance indicators.
- Work closely with the Licensing team.
- Provide regular updates to the team lead and via the customer management system.
- Collaborate and align with stakeholders.
- Establish a sustainable workflow and task cadence.
- Continuously measure and improve your performance to maximize success.
- Deliver positive, insightful, and valuable service to customers.
- Engage with customers respectfully and knowledgeably.
- Experience in licensing and software.
- Confidence and gravitas, with B2B interaction experience.
- Experience in a partner/reseller indirect sales environment.
- Proactive and results-oriented approach.
- Strong communication skills, both written and spoken.
- Ability to navigate virtual and matrix organizations.
- Creative and critical thinking skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to focus efforts and share valuable insights.
- IT/technical skills and knowledge.
- Organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
