Job Description

Matchtech seeks an SC Cleared Software Engineering Manager to support a defence client on an exciting early-stage programme. The role offers a hybrid pattern with about 50% onsite in Reading and is contracted until 28 March 2027 with a strong extension potential.

The position requires extensive software, systems or platform engineering experience, strong DevOps/CI-CD knowledge and proven technical leadership. Active SC clearance is mandatory.
