Satellite Engineering Delivery Director

ETL Systems Ltd. seeks a Senior Engineering Director to lead its multi-disciplinary engineering teams, aligning systems, hardware, digital and software to on-time, on-budget delivery. The role reports to the CTO and is based in Rickmansworth with hybrid working and travel to Hereford manufacturing.

The successful candidate will drive engineering capacity, governance and lifecycle processes, shaping the future of satellite communications technology across GEO, MEO and LEO architectures.
