SAP VIM Consultant - Hybrid - Italy - Italian Speaking

Location: Hybrid (Remote & On-site in Italy)

Contract: 6 Months (with potential for extension)

Languages: Fluent Italian & Professional English Required

We are currently seeking an experienced SAP VIM (Vendor Invoice Management) Consultant to join a leading project based in Italy. This role offers a hybrid working model, combining remote delivery with occasional on-site presence. You will play a key role in the implementation and optimisation of SAP VIM processes within an enterprise environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure and implement SAP VIM solutions (OpenText Vendor Invoice Management).
• Integrate VIM with SAP MM and FI modules to support invoice automation.
• Analyse business processes, gather requirements, and deliver efficient technical solutions.
• Support testing, user training, documentation, and go-live activities.
• Manage and troubleshoot issues related to invoice workflows, OCR, exception handling, and archiving.
• Collaborate with both local and international teams to ensure project success.

Required Skills & Experience

• Minimum 5 years' experience with SAP VIM implementations and support.
• Strong functional knowledge of Accounts Payable, Invoice Processing, and SAP FI/MM integration.
• Experience with OCR, workflows, exception processing, and OpenText components.
• Ability to work autonomously and liaise with both business and technical stakeholders.
• Fluent in Italian, with strong communication skills in English.
