SAP Transformation Lead

Duration: 6 months + possible extension

Location: Europe (remote)

Language Requirements: Fluent French and English

We are supporting a major organisation on a business-critical SAP transformation programme and are seeking an experienced SAP Transformation Lead to join the project from July.

This is a key leadership role overseeing the deployment of an existing SAP solution into the client's current SAP landscape, while driving business readiness, stakeholder engagement, data migration activities, and user adoption across a predominantly French-speaking environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the successful delivery of an SAP implementation programme from initiation through to go-live.
• Coordinate technical teams, business stakeholders, and project resources.
• Review and work from existing solution designs and functional specifications.
• Drive project governance, reporting, risk management, and issue resolution.
• Support data remediation, cleansing, and migration activities.
• Assess and support transition from current ("as-is") to future ("to-be") business processes.
• Lead business change, communication, and user adoption initiatives.
• Engage with finance, accounting, and operational stakeholders to ensure successful delivery.
• Translate technical concepts into clear business language for non-technical audiences.

Required Experience

• Proven experience delivering SAP implementation, rollout, or transformation programmes.
• Strong SAP project leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working across both technical and business workstreams.
• Knowledge of data migration, data quality, or data remediation activities.
• Experience driving business process change and user adoption.
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Fluent French and English.

Desirable Experience

• SAP S/4HANA programme experience.
• Finance and accounting process knowledge.
• Asset management or asset capitalisation experience.
• SAP change management experience.
• Experience working within multinational environments.

• Strong delivery focus with a track record of driving projects through to completion.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Comfortable operating across technical, functional, and business teams.
• Proactive, organised, and capable of working independently.
• Able to build strong relationships with French-speaking users and international stakeholders.
