SAP Service Management lead - Senior Manager 1

Your Key Responsibilities

• Participate in design workshops to understand client requirements.
• Learn and utilize accelerators such as SAP Model Company and EY's Pre Configured Industry Solutions.
• Customize SAP Service Management functionalities (asset management, work order planning, scheduling, resource allocation, service execution).
• Lead design and implementation of SAP Service Management, applying best practices and industry standards.
• Develop and maintain the SAP Service Management architecture, ensuring scalability, reliability, and flexibility.
• Collaborate with cross functional teams to define scope, timelines, and resource needs.
• Deliver design and configuration documentation, functional specs, data migration specs, test scripts, and training materials.
• Share knowledge of best practice within SAP and other disciplines, mentoring team members.
• Support SAP practice development, including internal activities, sales support, and client events.
• Implement and manage SAP FSM to optimize field service operations.
• Utilize SAP Plant Maintenance to improve maintenance processes.

Mandatory Qualifications

• Third level qualification in Computer Science, Mathematics, or related discipline.
• 7+ years of experience delivering SAP Service Management implementations and support.
• Experience implementing S/4HANA Service Management solutions for utilities.
• Understanding of S/4HANA best practice processes and implementation scenarios.
• In depth knowledge of SAP Service Management, Plant Maintenance modules, configuration, customization, and integration with other SAP modules and external systems.
• Strong leadership and mentorship skills, fostering collaboration and support.
• Proven ability to build relationships with senior level clients.

Preferred Qualifications

• Relevant SAP certifications in Utilities or related modules.
• Knowledge of customer engagement for utility field service management.
• Experience with full asset lifecycle management using EAM in S/4HANA.
• Strategic thinking to translate business requirements into SAP Service Management solutions.
