SAP SAC Consultant - French Speaking - Remote - Freelance

We are seeking an experienced SAP Analytics Cloud Consultant to support a high-profile reporting initiative. The successful candidate will work closely with business stakeholders to design, develop, and deliver impactful dashboards that drive business insights and user adoption.

This role requires a blend of business analysis, data visualization expertise, and stakeholder management skills, with a strong focus on creating intuitive and visually appealing reporting solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements Gathering & Business Analysis

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify and understand reporting requirements.
• Analyze and challenge business requests where appropriate, proposing innovative and value-added solutions.
• Participate in workshops and requirement-gathering sessions to ensure alignment between business needs and dashboard design.

Dashboard Design & Development

• Design and develop intuitive, user-friendly dashboards in SAP Analytics Cloud.
• Create effective visualizations, including charts, tables, KPIs, and interactive filters.
• Deliver reporting solutions aligned with business objectives and best practices in data visualization.
• Ensure dashboard scalability, maintainability, and long-term usability.

Documentation & User Enablement

• Produce clear and comprehensive documentation for dashboard solutions and underlying data models.
• Facilitate knowledge transfer to internal teams and key stakeholders.
• Deliver user training sessions on:
  • New dashboard functionality and navigation.
  • Self-service reporting capabilities within SAP Analytics Cloud.
• Support user adoption by promoting reporting best practices and effective use of SAC.

Required Skills & Experience

• Proven experience developing dashboards in SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC).
• Strong understanding of dashboard design principles and data visualization best practices.
• Ability to challenge requirements constructively and recommend alternative approaches.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience delivering end-user training and knowledge transfer sessions.
• Ability to work independently in an Agile project environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with SAP BW/BW4HANA environments.
• Knowledge of direct BW connections within SAP Analytics Cloud.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and sprint-based delivery.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
