At PwC, our people in business application consulting specialise in consulting services for a variety of business applications, helping clients optimise operational efficiency. They analyse client needs, implement software solutions, and provide training and support for seamless integration and utilisation of business applications, enabling clients to achieve their strategic objectives. As a SAP consulting generalist you will provide consulting services across SAP applications, analyse needs, implement solutions, and offer training and support. You will also motivate, develop, and inspire others, coach team members, and manage performance to deliver on client expectations.

Responsibilities

• Deliver consulting services across SAP applications to clients, analysing requirements, designing, implementing, and supporting solutions.
• Coach and develop team members, leveraging their unique strengths and managing performance to meet client expectations.
• Lead projects with ownership of planning, budgeting, execution, and completion.
• Collaborate with team leadership to ensure quality, timelines, and deliverables.
• Mentor others and support professional development.
• Address conflicts with clients and stakeholders, engaging in challenging conversations, and escalating when necessary.
• Uphold professional and technical standards, including PwC code of conduct and independence requirements.
• Use evidence based reviews of work to deepen the expertise of team members.
