SAP Consultant (SuccessFactors Compensation and Variable Pay)
+ Long-term contract available
+ Fully remote work
+ £550 to £585 per day
Location: Remote, with occasional visits to the Preston office

Job Description:
- Experience in implementing innovative, robust, and future-proof SAP SuccessFactors solutions and supporting technologies in large, complex organizations.
- Strong hands-on configuration skills in SuccessFactors Compensation and Variable Pay.
- Knowledge and experience in integration between Compensation and Variable Pay and other SuccessFactors modules.
- Certification in SuccessFactors Compensation and Variable Pay.
- At least one end-to-end SuccessFactors Compensation and Variable Pay deployment.
- Effective communication skills to engage stakeholders at all levels within a client organization.
- Ability to plan and facilitate client workshops.
- Guide clients on SuccessFactors best practices and innovations, staying up-to-date with the SuccessFactors roadmap and other HR technologies.
- Flexible working approach, both onsite and remotely. Limited UK travel and potential overseas travel.
- Experience with global deployments and solution delivery across multiple geographies.
