Salesforce Delivery Lead - Senior Manager, Technology Consulting

• Lead client engagements, including project planning, budgeting, and delivery implementation
• Work with PwC teams in Ireland and across EMEA
• Proactively manage client-side and internal PwC stakeholders, including industry sector teams
• Identify and develop new business opportunities with new or existing clients
• Produce proposals and present them to clients
• Analyse client needs, implement Salesforce software solutions, and provide training and support
• Help clients enhance customer experiences, enable sustainable change, and improve sales, service, and marketing capabilities
• Lead teams of problem solvers in addressing complex business issues from strategy through execution

Requirements

• Minimum 7 years of experience running medium to large projects and/or programmes in CRM and integrated systems, specifically Salesforce
• Knowledge of project management and agile methodologies
• Willingness to learn PwC's approach to applying project management and agile methodologies
• Commercial awareness and ability to balance delivery needs against budget
• Strong team-player orientation and interest in coaching and mentoring junior colleagues
• Experience leading distributed onshore and offshore delivery teams
• Experience working in a matrix environment
• Self-motivated and able to work without daily supervision
• Excellent communication skills, including the ability to understand and articulate technical subjects and issues and discuss them with clients
• Available for work visa sponsorship
