Job Description

We are partnering with a leading global technology organisation that is looking to hire a commercially minded Renewals/Account Management Specialist to join their team on a 12-month maternity cover contract.

This role sits within a high-performing commercial team and will be responsible for managing a portfolio of existing customers, ensuring successful contract renewals while identifying opportunities to strengthen long-term client relationships and drive additional value.

In this role, you will take ownership of a defined book of business and manage the end-to-end renewal process.This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a customer-facing, commercially focused environment and wants to develop further within the technology sector.

Key Role Responsibilities:

  • Manage the renewal life cycle for an assigned portfolio of customer accounts

  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure high renewal rates

  • Identify opportunities to expand account value through additional products or services

  • Partner with internal sales teams to support revenue growth initiatives

  • Monitor account performance and proactively address renewal risks

  • Support forecasting and reporting related to renewals and account activity


Key Skills Required:

  • Previous experience in sales, renewals, account management, or customer success

  • Comfortable managing commercial conversations with customers

  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills

  • Experience working in technology, SaaS, or a similar commercial environment is advantageous

  • Motivated, proactive, and keen to make an impact in a fast-paced team
