We are partnering with a leading global technology organisation that is looking to hire a commercially minded Renewals/Account Management Specialist to join their team on a 12-month maternity cover contract.
This role sits within a high-performing commercial team and will be responsible for managing a portfolio of existing customers, ensuring successful contract renewals while identifying opportunities to strengthen long-term client relationships and drive additional value.
In this role, you will take ownership of a defined book of business and manage the end-to-end renewal process.This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a customer-facing, commercially focused environment and wants to develop further within the technology sector.
Key Role Responsibilities:Manage the renewal life cycle for an assigned portfolio of customer accounts
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure high renewal rates
Identify opportunities to expand account value through additional products or services
Partner with internal sales teams to support revenue growth initiatives
Monitor account performance and proactively address renewal risks
Support forecasting and reporting related to renewals and account activity
Key Skills Required:
Previous experience in sales, renewals, account management, or customer success
Comfortable managing commercial conversations with customers
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Experience working in technology, SaaS, or a similar commercial environment is advantageous
Motivated, proactive, and keen to make an impact in a fast-paced team
