Roles & ResponsibilitiesDeliver an exceptional luxury retail experience to every client, creating memorable and personal customer journeysBuild long-term relationships with clients through outstanding service and product expertiseRepresent a portfolio of internationally recognised luxury watch and jewellery brands with professionalism and confidenceDevelop in-depth knowledge across products, collections, and brand heritage to provide expert guidance to customersManage customer enquiries effectively, supporting both decisive buyers and clients seeking advice and consultationUtilise CRM systems to maintain accurate customer records and strengthen ongoing client engagementWork collaboratively within a close-knit sales team to achieve individual and store performance targetsMaintain showroom standards to ensure displays and presentation remain of the highest qualityParticipate in ongoing training and development programmes to continuously enhance product knowledge and sales capabilityContribute positively to the wider team culture and uphold the company's values and reputationEssential CriteriaPrevious experience within a customer-facing sales or retail environmentStrong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to quickly build rapportPassion for delivering exceptional customer experiencesHighly motivated, personable, and professional in approachStrong listening skills with the ability to understand and adapt to individual client needsExcellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilityAbility to work effectively within a team-focused environmentCommercial awareness and confidence in a target-driven settingDesirable CriteriaExperience within luxury retail, jewellery, watches, fashion, or premium hospitality environmentsPrevious experience using CRM systems to manage customer relationshipsA genuine interest in luxury products, craftsmanship, and premium brandsExperience working towards sales targets or KPIsWhat's On OfferCompetitive base salary plus commission/bonus opportunityOpportunity to work with globally recognised luxury brandsOngoing training and professional developmentCareer progression opportunities within a respected luxury retail environmentSupportive and collaborative team cultureFull-time permanent opportunity with part-time hours also considered
