We're recruiting for a Sales Manager to join a successful Estate Agency team across the Bexley area, providing management cover across branches while driving new business, team performance and profitability.

This is an excellent opportunity for a driven, self-motivated Estate Agent with strong local market knowledge, excellent customer service skills, and the confidence to lead and motivate teams.

The Role

As a Sales Manager, you will:

• Provide Sales Manager cover across the Bexley area during holidays, vacancies and periods of sickness
• Lead, motivate and inspire branch teams to achieve their targets
• Run morning meetings and provide coaching and guidance to support team performance
• Drive new business and generate fresh leads
• Build strong relationships with vendors, applicants and buyers
• Provide expert property advice to help vendors achieve the best possible sale price
• Stay up to date with local market trends and establish yourself as a trusted property expert
• Take ownership of branch performance and profitability in the absence of the Branch Manager
• Identify opportunities to maximise sales and contribute to overall business growth

Sales Manager requirements:

• Previous Estate Agency experience with strong local market knowledge of the Bexley area
• Experience managing, motivating or leading a team
• Driven and self-motivated with the ability to perform under pressure
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• High level of customer service
• Positive, can-do attitude with a strong work ethic
• Commercially minded and results-focused
• Confident providing property advice and generating new business
• Full UK driving licence
