Experienced in Estate Agency and confident managing teams while consistently delivering strong results?
We're recruiting for a Sales Manager to join a successful Estate Agency team across the Bexley area, providing management cover across branches while driving new business, team performance and profitability.
This is an excellent opportunity for a driven, self-motivated Estate Agent with strong local market knowledge, excellent customer service skills, and the confidence to lead and motivate teams.
The Role
As a Sales Manager, you will:
- Provide Sales Manager cover across the Bexley area during holidays, vacancies and periods of sickness
- Lead, motivate and inspire branch teams to achieve their targets
- Run morning meetings and provide coaching and guidance to support team performance
- Drive new business and generate fresh leads
- Build strong relationships with vendors, applicants and buyers
- Provide expert property advice to help vendors achieve the best possible sale price
- Stay up to date with local market trends and establish yourself as a trusted property expert
- Take ownership of branch performance and profitability in the absence of the Branch Manager
- Identify opportunities to maximise sales and contribute to overall business growth
Sales Manager requirements:
- Previous Estate Agency experience with strong local market knowledge of the Bexley area
- Experience managing, motivating or leading a team
- Driven and self-motivated with the ability to perform under pressure
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- High level of customer service
- Positive, can-do attitude with a strong work ethic
- Commercially minded and results-focused
- Confident providing property advice and generating new business
- Full UK driving licence
