Job Title: Sales Executive

Location: Dublin (Hybrid)

The Role

Drive new business sales and grow market share within the construction technology sector. Engage with key decision makers to understand business challenges and present tailored solutions. Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals, ensuring a consultative and value driven approach. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and long term success.

Requirements

• 2+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally in SaaS, ConTech, or related industries.
• A track record of hitting or exceeding sales targets in a fast paced environment.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
• Self motivated and driven, with a passion for technology and business growth.

Package

Base Salary: Competitive, with a strong OTE and uncapped commission potential.

Hybrid working with a Dublin base.

Process

1. 1st Stage: Initial video interview.
2. 2nd Stage: In depth sales assessment and presentation.
3. Final Stage: Meeting with key stakeholders.

Rates depend on experience and client requirements.
