Network Infrastructure Management Security - Account Manager

Full clean Driving licence and own transport required

Responsibilities

• Regularly meet with your clients to review current customer network infrastructure, disaster recovery and cyber defences to ensure they meet our minimum standards.
• Effectively act as the I.T. Director to the client and in that environment you will be responsible for responding to the client's needs while delivering exceptional client service.
• Review and support customer plans for development.
• Be the voice of the customer providing feedback internally on our performance and how we can better serve our customers.
• Advise customers on the latest industry and technical trends/developments and potential/emerging cyber threats and mitigation thereof.

Qualifications

A degree in Computer Science / Engineering or significant experience in network management / cyber security is required. The position would also suit an I.T. engineer qualified (by experience or education) looking to move into sales or an I.T. account management role.
