Sales Executive

Anglian Home Improvements, the UK's leading home improvement business, has been delivering quality products and exceptional customer service for over 50 years. We pride ourselves on craftsmanship and a customer centric approach, and we are looking to expand our team of outstanding sales and business development representatives.

What you'll be doing

You'll receive complete training to become an expert on our products and confident in selling them to customers, leveraging your existing sales strengths.

Your role will involve:

• Following up on warm sales leads, visiting customers in their homes or utilizing our new remote selling framework
• Delivering persuasive business development pitches that convert quotes to sales
• Educating customers about our products and services, thinking on your feet and cross selling where appropriate
• Working with customers to meet their unique requirements and ensuring the job is completed correctly the first time, every time.

What we're looking for

You need to be self motivated, confident, and able to communicate with a variety of customers at a senior level. Key attributes include:

• Proactive and results driven
• Flexible toward varied workloads and working hours
• Able to provide a consistently high level of customer service
• Ideally experienced within Home Improvements (or a similar industry)
• A driver with a full UK driving licence and access to a car
