What You'll Do
- Drive new business across the DACH region, managing the full sales cycle.
- Deliver compelling product demos and communicate our value proposition to prospects.
- Represent the company at key industry events and trade shows.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through outbound outreach.
- Analyze pipeline performance and continuously refine your sales strategy.
- Consistently meet and exceed ARR targets with a rewarding bonus structure.
What We're Looking For
- Native or fluent German speaker with strong English skills.
- 2+ years of experience in SaaS, software, or service sales.
