The Role

As an SDR, you'll play a critical role in the growth of the business-reaching out to potential clients, understanding their cybersecurity challenges, and qualifying opportunities for the senior sales team.

This is a high-activity, target-driven position, perfect for someone with a "hunter" mentality and the energy to thrive in a fast-moving environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Make a high volume of outbound calls and emails daily to engage new prospects
  • Qualify leads using the BANT methodology
  • Research and identify target customers using tools such as Sales Navigator
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records
  • Stay up to speed on the company's full product suite through structured and self-led training
  • Collaborate closely with marketing and sales teams to support pipeline growth
Ideal Candidate
  • Confident, outgoing, and driven by results
  • Able to handle a high call volume (minimum 70/day expected)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Organised with strong time management abilities
  • Self-motivated with a proactive, curious mindset
  • Some previous sales or customer-facing experience is preferred
  • Technical inclination or interest in cybersecurity is highly advantageous
