The RoleAs an SDR, you'll play a critical role in the growth of the business-reaching out to potential clients, understanding their cybersecurity challenges, and qualifying opportunities for the senior sales team.
This is a high-activity, target-driven position, perfect for someone with a "hunter" mentality and the energy to thrive in a fast-moving environment.
Key Responsibilities- Make a high volume of outbound calls and emails daily to engage new prospects
- Qualify leads using the BANT methodology
- Research and identify target customers using tools such as Sales Navigator
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records
- Stay up to speed on the company's full product suite through structured and self-led training
- Collaborate closely with marketing and sales teams to support pipeline growth
- Confident, outgoing, and driven by results
- Able to handle a high call volume (minimum 70/day expected)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Organised with strong time management abilities
- Self-motivated with a proactive, curious mindset
- Some previous sales or customer-facing experience is preferred
- Technical inclination or interest in cybersecurity is highly advantageous
