Your day-to-day responsibilities will span customer engagement, sales achievement, visual presentation, and inventory management, all within a dynamic and supportive team environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist clients with warmth and professionalism, providing personalized and memorable shopping experiences that reflect the luxury positioning of Maison Pierre Marcolini.
• Contribute actively to sales targets and develop strong, long-term relationships with a discerning clientele through attentive service and product knowledge.
• Maintain and uphold the boutique's high standards of presentation, visual merchandising, and luxury ambiance consistent with the Pierre Marcolini brand identity.
• Support restocking, visual displays, and product presentation with care and creativity to ensure an inviting retail environment.
• Efficiently manage orders, coordinate deliveries, and oversee inventory control to ensure smooth operational flow.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe boutique environment that meets health, safety, and brand standards.

Candidate Profile

We are looking for candidates who combine genuine passion for luxury gastronomy with proven retail or hospitality expertise. The ideal Sales Associate will be a natural communicator with a customer-centric mindset, capable of translating product knowledge into compelling conversations that resonate with affluent clientele. You should bring at least one year of relevant experience in luxury retail or gastronomy, with a particular appreciation for fine chocolate, premium confectionery, and exceptional service. A barista background or experience in preparing and serving high-quality beverages is a significant asset that will enhance your ability to engage clients and contribute to our boutique's premium positioning.

Experience & Expertise Required

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role, with luxury retail or gastronomy background preferred.
• Barista experience or demonstrated passion for preparing and serving high-quality coffee and premium hot beverages-a strong plus.
• Proven product knowledge and genuine enthusiasm for chocolate, fine food, and artisanal confectionery.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are highly valued.
