We are seeking a passionate GP to work in our well-established practice in the lovely seasidetown of Westgate-on-Sea.
The vacancy is available due to a retiring partner, and wewould be looking for the role to commence in September or October, however, wecan be flexible.

Job responsibilities To work as an autonomous practitioner, responsible for theprovision of medical services to the practice population, delivering anexcellent standard of clinical care whilst complying with the GMS contract.

- Access to a dedicated home visiting service,allowing you to focus on patient care with minimal home visits
- Direct access to First Contact Physiotherapist(FCP) appointments for streamlined patient care
- A supportive Care Enhancement team to assistpatients in their homes
- Engaging in daily clinical meetings to fostercollaboration
- Good CQC rating and high achievements inQuality and Outcomes Framework (QoF)
- EMIS Web clinical system
- You will deliver an excellent standard of clinical care whilst complying with the GMS contract, participate in enhanced services and the achievement of QoF targets.
- You will participate in the covering the duty doctor session on a rotational basis, which includes a 6.30pm finish
- You will offer genericprescribing, adhering to local and national guidance
- Maintainaccurate clinical records in conjunction with good practice, policy andguidance
- Workcollaboratively with practice team and wider PCN team.
- Adhereto best practice recommended through clinical guidelines and the auditprocess
- Attendand contribute effectively to practice meetings as required
- Ensure compliance with the appraisal process
- Provide reports for employers,solicitors and insurance companies and complete medical certificates, benefitagency forms etc.
- Ensure that all work carried outwhich carries a private fee is properly recouped and accounted for.
- Prepareand complete the revalidation process
- Committo self-learning and instil an ethos of continuing professional developmentacross the practice team
- Supportthe training of medical students from all clinical disciplines
- Supportthe partners in achieving the strategic aims of the practice.
