About the Role:
As a Safety Data Transformation Lead, you will spearhead initiatives to enhance our pharmacovigilance operations. Your expertise will ensure that our safety data is not only compliant but also streamlined for efficiency and effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead projects focused on the transformation of safety data processes within the pharmacovigilance department.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement best practises and innovative solutions.
analyse current data systems and workflows, identifying opportunities for improvement.
Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies.
Provide guidance and training to team members on new processes and technologies.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and advancements in pharmacovigilance.

What We're Looking For:

Proven experience in pharmacovigilance and safety data management.
Strong project management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
A proactive approach to change management and process improvement.
