Rota Nanny with international travels

An international family is seeking an experienced, warm, and highly professional rota nanny to care for their newborn in a long-term role.

Working on a 2 weeks on/off rota, this is a fully staffed household with regular travel and time spent in the UK and internationally. The ideal candidate will have strong newborn experience, a calm and discreet approach, and be confident supporting routines, development, and the overall well being of a baby while working collaboratively with hands on parents.

The Role

• Sole-charge and shared care of a newborn, working closely alongside hands-on parents
• Supporting all aspects of the baby's daily routine, development, and well being
• Establishing and maintaining feeding and sleeping routines
• Providing guidance and reassurance to the parents where appropriate
• Working collaboratively within a fully staffed household

Candidate Requirements

• Extensive newborn experience, ideally with relevant qualifications
• Calm, discreet, and highly professional approach
• Team player with a flexible and positive attitude
• Confident working in a rota environment
• Happy to travel between residences in UK and internationally

Must have the right to work in the UK EU passport ideal.
