Senior or Principal Planner - Hampshire Office

Are you an ambitious planner with a strong commercial mindset? Our Hampshire office is looking for a Chartered Senior or Principal Planner to work on a diverse portfolio of clients and play a key role in business development. It's a great opportunity for someone ready to work on a range of projects and grow their profile in a region with varied and rewarding planning challenges.

Requirements

• Chartered Planner / RTPI Member
• Strong, broad planning experience
• Commercial awareness of consultancy and development
• Full driving licence

Main Responsibilities

• Planning projects from start to finish
• Preparing appraisals, applications, and appeals
• Building strong client relationships
• Contributing to business growth

Knowledge Required

• Good understanding and ability in the full range of planning work
• Good commercial understanding of development projects
• Good commercial understanding of planning consultancy business
