Job Type: 3 month rolling contract

JP Morgan is seeking an Executive Assistant for a 3-month rolling contract in London to support three Managing Directors, two Executive Directors, and their respective teams. The role requires a proactive and highly organized professional with a proven track record of supporting senior leadership in a fast-paced environment, ensuring smooth coordination of schedules, meetings, travel, and day-to-day administrative activities.

What You'll Do
- Manage complex calendars proactively, scheduling and coordinating meetings and Zoom conference calls with both internal and external stakeholders
- Coordinate meeting logistics and team activities, including booking meeting rooms, organizing off-site meetings, and supporting group events
- Arrange business travel, including flights, hotel accommodations, ground transportation, and visa requirements, in compliance with corporate travel policies
- Oversee expense processing, using the Concur system to submit, track, and reconcile monthly expenses
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes, assisting new joiners and departing employees with system access and seating arrangements
- Provide telephone and administrative support to the wider team, with particular focus on senior-level coverage during colleagues' absences
- Handle general office administration, including managing stationery orders and other day-to-day operational requirements
What You Bring
- Proven capability as a strong Executive Assistant
- Experience within investment banking preferred
- Experience operating in fast-paced, high-pressure environments
- Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills
