Job Description
Role Overview

Salary: £Competitive plus car allowance, and enhanced pension
Hours: 40 hours per week - 12-18 month contract
Location: Hybrid with 3 days in our Cannock Office
Grade: 6.1

Responsibilities
  • Line manage a Reward Analyst.
  • Deliver the Annual Reward Plan for the company and business lines.
  • Partner with stakeholders to align pay and reward structures and create business cases for change.
  • Manage pay and benefits benchmarking and align to the reward philosophy.
  • Provide analysis to stakeholders using pay and benefit models to influence outcomes.
  • Embed reward principles of the Reward Strategy, driving behavioural and cultural change.
  • Lead the annual pay and bonus cycle for each business line and manage delivery milestones.
  • Define pay and compensation approaches for key operational areas facing shortages or retention issues (e.g., fleet, driver, operative, engineer).
  • Provide assurance and guidance to Exco on all reward led activities for each business line.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience of complex planning within a large matrix organisation.
  • Knowledge and experience of reward tools and principles.
  • Experience of WTW benchmarking and salary surveys.
  • Understanding of linking reward design to employee engagement.
  • Experience managing multiple strategic and high profile initiatives.
  • Proven record of advising and influencing senior stakeholders on confidential and challenging issues.
