Job Description
Overview

We're looking for a Retail Team Member to welcome visitors to the National Trust shop at Stowe, answer their questions and help them make the most of their day.

Salary: £24,862.5 (Actual salary based on hours £3,646.50)

Contract/duration: Permanent

Hours/working pattern: Weekends 11:30 am - 5:15 pm (5.5 hours per week)

Key responsibilities

As a member of the retail team you will:

  • Offer visitors help and advice with their shopping.
  • Maintain high standards of presentation in the shop while providing excellent service to all customers.
  • Talk to customers about how their purchases support the work of the National Trust.
  • Arrange, receive and unpack deliveries, create shop displays, and work with the team to keep the shop floor clean and organised.
