Job Overview

Bureau Manager - Asda Travel Money. Location: Accrington. Hours: 37.5 per week. Salary: £28,275 per annum. Contract: MAT. Leave cover for 12 months. Full Time. Responsibilities
  • Lead, support and champion your team to deliver excellence every day.
  • Work towards KPIs and deliver on targets.
  • Review data to drive performance and continuous improvement, celebrating success.
  • Ensure the bureau consistently meets compliance metrics, passes internal audits and operates to the business standard operating procedures.
  • Work in a fast paced environment delivering customer service, processing foreign exchange transactions and online orders accurately so customers leave happy.
  • Put training into action, offering expert advice on our products and services.
  • Follow company processes and pay attention to detail to keep everything on track.
Qualifications
  • Passionate people leader who leads from the front, bringing out the best in the team.
  • Great communicator with an eye for detail, leaving no stone unturned.
  • Experience in driving and delivering revenue, performance and excellence.
  • Strong retail based background with a passion for great customer service and a positive can do attitude.
